Data Deletion Request
If you would like to request the deletion of your account information or personal data maintained by The Malaster Company, Inc. (“Malaster”), please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to contact@malaster.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Include the following information in your email:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Any additional information that may help us identify your account or records
- Upon receipt of your request, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
- Once verified, we will review and process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws and business record retention requirements.
Processing Time
We strive to process verified data deletion requests within 30 days. In certain circumstances, additional time may be required where permitted by law. We will notify you if an extension is necessary.
Important Information
Please note that certain information may be retained as required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, contractual, warranty, or other legitimate business purposes. Any retained information will continue to be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
