ESD Box Foam Cushions for Static-Sensitive Electronics
ESD box foam cushions provide cushioning, component retention, and electrostatic protection for static-sensitive electronics stored or transported in ESD protective boxes and SafePak™ packaging systems. Malaster supplies precision-cut conductive and antistatic foam inserts designed to help reduce vibration, movement, contamination, and physical damage during handling, storage, and shipment.
Standard foam cushions are manufactured in a 0.25-inch thickness and are available in multiple footprints to fit popular ESD box sizes. Material options include conductive and antistatic open-cell polyurethane foams as well as conductive and antistatic closed-cell polyethylene foams, allowing users to select the appropriate balance of cushioning, cleanliness, durability, and ESD performance for their application.
