A starting point for your device
The MC-77012 combines a five-by-four layout with 1.030″ × 1.030″ cavity references. Each pocket includes a central circular feature and surrounding formed details that need to be considered with the device outline.
CQFP package fit depends on the body, lead span, lead position and support height. A matching lead count alone does not establish compatibility; a package drawing lets us review the actual contact and clearance areas.
