Thermoforming Built Around Your Application

A tray needs to do more than hold a part. Malaster reviews where the device can be supported, which features need clearance, how it will be loaded and removed, and what happens during handling, storage or shipment.

A Close Fit May Be Worth Reviewing

For some applications, changing sheet thickness can provide a small clearance adjustment within an existing design. That choice also affects rigidity and formed geometry, so Malaster reviews the tooling, material and actual device fit before recommending a change.
