A starting point for your device
The MC-77023 uses four columns of five rectangular pockets in an 11.500″ × 8.375″ footprint. Its narrower cavity profile is a useful starting point for elongated substrates and components with similar outlines.
The SC2 reference describes the original application; suitability still depends on your actual substrate dimensions and thickness. Tell us about edge projections, sensitive surfaces and the amount of movement you can accept.
If your device differs from the reference application, contact us anyway. We can discuss whether this tray, another existing design or a custom packaging solution is worth exploring.
