A starting point for your device
The MC-77062 combines a five-by-four layout with square, stepped cavities. The 24 mm package reference and the larger cavity dimensions describe different features, which is why the full device outline is useful when assessing fit.
For QFP devices, the lead span, body outline and lead position can matter more than the nominal package size. Send the complete package drawing so we can review the support ledge and surrounding clearance.
If your device differs from the reference application, contact us anyway. We can discuss whether this tray, another existing design or a custom packaging solution is worth exploring.
