A starting point for your device
The MC-77114 uses a five-by-four arrangement within an 11.750″ × 9.500″ footprint. Each cavity has a 1.700″ × 1.700″ reference outline with a central support area and surrounding relief.
For a PGA device, body dimensions alone do not establish fit. We also review the pin pattern, pin projection, underside features and the surfaces on which the device can safely rest.

Look beyond the overall size
The central support areas and surrounding relief are particularly important for PGA devices. The 0.210″ reference is measured to the center support, not to the deepest surrounding area.
Tell us how the tray will be used, whether for work-in-process handling, storage or a shipping application. We can then review the tray as part of the complete packaging requirement.
