A starting point for your device

The MC-77118 combines a five-by-two cavity arrangement with an 8.500″ × 6.000″ overall footprint. Its pockets are longer and narrower than the MC-77117 reference, even though the two designs share the same overall footprint.

The full substrate outline, thickness and edge projections determine whether the narrower profile is suitable. Share any areas that should remain free of contact, together with handling and removal requirements.

If your device differs from the reference application, contact us anyway. We can discuss whether this tray, another existing design or a custom packaging solution is worth exploring.

Look beyond the overall size

The elongated pockets include corner and edge relief features. A similar tray footprint does not establish interchangeability, so the cavity profile remains the key comparison.
