A starting point for your device
The MC-77138 has four long cavities, each with reference dimensions of 14.440″ × 0.300″ × 0.370″ deep. Crosswise relief and formed support features remain part of the fit review for a header or other elongated component.
For a header, overall length alone is not enough. Send the pin arrangement, body profile, locating features and any underside projections so we can review the interrupted channel geometry and intended support points.
If your device differs from the reference application, contact us anyway. We can discuss whether this tray, another existing design or a custom packaging solution is worth exploring.
