A starting point for your device
The MC-77201 combines twenty rectangular seating areas with rounded end recesses and connecting relief. The 1.300″ × 0.845″ cavity reference describes the main rectangular area; projections and edge details need a separate fit review.
Send the board outline, thickness and the height of components on both sides. The acceptable contact areas and any connectors extending beyond the board edge are particularly useful when reviewing this tray.
If your device differs from the reference application, contact us anyway. We can discuss whether this tray, another existing design or a custom packaging solution is worth exploring.
