A starting point for your device
The MC-77210 uses a long 12.688″ × 5.250″ footprint and individual pocket references of 1.024″ × 0.935″. The surrounding relief and seating profile are part of the fit assessment for a BGA package.
For a BGA device, send the body outline, ball pattern, ball height and underside details. We need to consider where the package can safely rest and where contact with the ball array must be avoided.

Look beyond the overall size
The line view shows the shaped pockets and interconnected relief. Body support and underside clearance should be checked together rather than judging fit from the outer tray size alone.
