A starting point for your device
The MC-77264 supports a BGA reference application within a 12.688″ × 5.250″ footprint. The formed profile supports the package body so the solder balls remain suspended clear of the tray. The 0.818″ / 0.829″ outer and 0.727″ / 0.718″ inner profile references describe the support and relief geometry and should be reviewed together with the package drawing.
Send the package body dimensions, ball array outline, ball height and underside drawing. We can assess body support and clearance below the package rather than using one overall cavity number as a fit guarantee.

Look beyond the overall size
The line view shows three connected channels with repeated positioning features. Each channel contains eight reference device positions; these are not twenty-four fully isolated rectangular cavities.
