No-Lead Package Protection

QFN Antistatic Shipping Tubes

Profiles for QFN and related leadless packages where body size, thickness and orientation control the fit. Small dimensional differences can materially change how a device loads and moves inside the tube.

QFN Tube Selection Is a Dimensional Match

QFN, MLF and similar package names cover many body sizes and thicknesses. Use the manufacturer drawing or measured device dimensions to identify a profile that supports the package without excessive looseness or interference.

Body width + lengthMatch the package footprint to the usable cavity, not just the marketing package name.
Thickness + orientationConfirm how the package is captured and which face or edges support the device.
Movement controlPlan closure and filler so partially loaded tubes do not leave unnecessary travel.

Need Help Matching a QFN?

Send the package drawing with body dimensions and thickness. Malaster can compare the device to established profiles and identify whether a standard tube is available before custom tooling is considered.

Important: The tube profile addresses component containment. Shipment qualification should also consider closure, unused tube length, bundle restraint, ESD requirements and the outer shipping package. Request application assistance →
