Selecting an End-Stop Pin
Pins are a mechanical closure component. The correct pin depends on the tube’s end geometry and retention-hole arrangement, not simply the device family carried inside the tube.
Tube part numberUse the Malaster tube part number when available to identify the intended closure.
Hole geometryConfirm retention-hole location, diameter and the surrounding profile geometry.
Loaded quantityPins close the tube; filler may still be needed to control unused internal length.
Need to Match a Pin to an Existing Tube?
Provide the tube part number or a drawing/photo showing the end profile and retention-hole arrangement. That is more reliable than selecting a pin from appearance alone.
