Installation and removal

Insert the pin through the intended retention hole and check that its retention feature engages without distorting the tube. Keep the pin clear of device leads and fragile surfaces. Support the tube when removing the pin; review the MC-1000PP pin puller where the tool can engage beneath the pin head. Inspect the pin and hole before reuse.

Static control and partial loads

Nylon identifies the polymer, not an electrical rating. Confirm any ESD requirements for this exact part; white color does not establish static-control performance. A pin provides mechanical retention and does not by itself establish discharge shielding.
