MC-ASRB4 Product Details
Pink Antistatic Rubber Band MC-ASRB4
The Pink Antistatic Rubber Band MC-ASRB4 measures 100mm x 3.5mm (approximately 4 inches x .125 inch). It provides flexible, reusable retention for IC shipping tube bundles, protective boxes, component kits, and other static-sensitive packaging. Its 3.5mm band width provides a narrow retention profile.
MC-ASRB4 bands are manufactured from surface-treated natural rubber with low-charging, static-dissipative properties and a surface-resistivity range of 1 × 108 to 1 × 1010 Ω/square. They are intended for packaging retention as part of the customer’s complete ESD-control program.

- Organizing component kits and work-in-process materials
- Applications where a narrow band is preferred for packaging retention
- Reusable retention during manufacturing, storage, and shipment
Storage and Inspection Guidance
Keep MC-ASRB4 bands in their original packaging until needed and reseal opened packages when practical. Protect them from direct sunlight, ultraviolet exposure, excessive heat, ozone-producing equipment, oils, solvents, contamination, and prolonged storage under stretch or compression.
After opening, plan to use the bands within 9 to 12 months and follow first-in, first-out inventory practices. This is storage-planning guidance, not a guaranteed service life. Inspect bands before use and replace any showing cracking, hardening, tackiness, discoloration, surface damage, or loss of elasticity.
For ESD-critical applications, verify resistance as part of the customer’s qualification and ESD-control process.
Published properties and approximate package quantities support product evaluation but do not replace customer qualification, lot inspection, or an approved drawing when one is required.
