CTS
Conductive closed-cell foam
Black compressible foam for configurations that specify conductive filler. Review device contact and compression as part of the assembled fit.

ASTS
Static-dissipative closed-cell foam
Pink compressible foam for applications that specify an antistatic foam filler. Confirm its suitability before changing from another material family.

Fit the Filler to the Complete Assembly
Filler controls internal space; the tube profile supports the device geometry and the end closures retain the contents. Check that the filler limits travel without pressing on leads or preventing either closure from seating. Review material and cleanliness requirements for the intended use.
