This catalog includes complete assemblies as well as individual replacement or build-up components. Do not assume that every product displayed in a wafer-size category is a complete shipper.
Complete assembliesReview the product listing for the jar, liner, cushions, separators and quantities included in that specific part number.
Jars and lined jarsConfirm whether the listing supplies an empty jar, a lined jar or another partial configuration.
Separators, discs and linersTreat these as individual components unless the product listing explicitly states that they are part of an assembly.
Nominal wafer size is only the starting point. Confirm actual wafer dimensions, loaded stack height, cushion thickness, separator arrangement and permitted contact surfaces.
Qualify the Complete Wafer Package
Loaded heightAccount for wafer count, separator thickness, top and bottom cushions, liner arrangement and available jar depth.
Material selectionMatch cushion, separator and liner materials to the handling process, permitted contact surfaces, particle limits and ESD requirements.
DocumentationIf cleanliness, material testing or certification documentation is required, specify it with the selected product so applicability can be confirmed.
