03 / Complete packaging
Consider how the pieces work together.
A tube, tray, box or jar is part of the packaging decision. Retention, cushioning, separators and any required shielding also need to suit the device and the handling process.
Check the device profile, end stops, fillers and bundle retention.
Check internal depth, insert geometry, cushioning compression and device clearance.
Check the wafer outline, contact layers, cushion thickness and finished stack height.
04 / Selection guidance
A few checks before choosing a product.
Use the drawings and specifications for the individual product. If a detail is unclear, send us the part number and the question.
Fit & retention
Compare the actual device dimensions, projecting leads, allowed contact areas and loading method. A package-family name alone does not establish fit.
Materials & protection
Identify the required electrical behavior, cleanliness, moisture control and mechanical protection. Antistatic and shielding functions are different.
Quantity & timing
Check the selected product’s order quantities and availability. Include expected repeat demand and the date you need the packaging.
Profiles, device fit and ESD considerations.
Bag types and application requirements.
Tray selection for IC packaging and handling.
Electrostatic discharge and the role of protective packaging.
Consider packaging cost alongside the required protection.

05 / Custom requirements
Need a size or configuration you don’t see?
Send a drawing, dimensions, a photograph or the current package. Tell us what needs to work better, the quantity and your timing. We can review existing options and what a custom approach would require.
